Guide to the "Missing Moshling Egg" Mission

      Welcome to my guide!

This guide provides information about the "Missing Moshling Egg" Mission - the first of many missions that you will complete as a Super Moshi. Comments and questions are always appreciated.

So you've just been introduced to the thriving and colorful world of Monstro City and have received an invitation from the Super Moshis, asking you to come to their HQ - a volcano. When you arrive at the volcano, a tiki man lets you know that tryouts are today and that you should speak to Elder Furi, leader of the Super Moshis.

When you meet Furi, he asks you if you're ready for your first mission and just insists that you "look the part". When you're all dolled up (as in, you've borrowed a mask and cape and have tried them on), the Elder tells you that collecting Epics is very important and that you should collect them on your task for a huge prize. He gives you one to get you started, and then sends you on your way to investigate the case of Buster Bumblechops, a citizen who believes he's been robbed.

Buster appears friendly and says that he is "Monstro City's Moshling collector extraordinaire". He needs help because someone seems to have stolen his prized Moshling egg, and he needs to get it back. He asks you to help him and you gladly accept the challenge.

Suddenly, a rock hurls through the window.

You finally get to see Buster's area and are prompted to search for clues.

In order, this is what you need to do to solve this puzzle:

      1. Click on the magnifying glass on the right side of the screen, sitting on the low green cabinet.
      2. Go to your inventory and click and drag the magnifying glass with your mouse until it is hovering over Buster. When it is, release the clicker.
      3. Click on the low green cabinet that the magnifying glass was laying on, and an Epic should appear. Collect the Epic.
      4. Click on the dark torn cloth on the left side of the screen, caught on the blue window screen.
      5. Go to your inventory and click and drag the dark town cloth with your mouse until it is hovering over Buster. When it is, release the clicker.
      6. Click on the small rock that should be right next to your monster -- it has a yellow outline in the picture above.
      7. Go to your inventory and click and drag the rock with your mouse until it is hovering over Buster. When it is, release the clicker.
      8. Click on Buster's keys which are on the handle of the door.
      9. Go to your inventory and click and drag the keys over to the tall green cabinet.
      10. Open the cabinet and collect the cog gear that lay inside.
      11. Drag the cog gear over to the crank in the lower righthand corner of the screen.
      12. Click on the crank. You should see a makeshift chicken (out of household materials) lower and an Off/On sign appear.
      13. Click on the Off sign and the light will turn off.
      14. Collect the strange branch hanging from the right arm.
      15. Go to your inventory and click and drag the strange branch with your mouse until it is hovering over Buster. When it is, release the clicker.

When you've completed all of the above steps, you will be directed to the Wobbly Woods. Congrats!

When you arrive, you'll hear a voice asking you to go to them. Scroll right for a while until you reach Tree Beard. He says that he knows where the person who stole the egg is but he'll need a drink of fresh water first.

In order, this is what you need to do to solve this puzzle:

      1. Scroll to the left a bit and you should see a bucket hanging from a tree. Click on that.
      2. Scroll a bit more to the left and you will find a stack of books.
      3. Go to your inventory and click and drag the stack of books with your mouse until it is hovering over the purple owl. When it is, release the clicker.
      4. Scroll to the left and find an orange berry tree. Click on it, and receive the orange berries.
      5. Scroll to the right and find an purple blueberry bush. It is just right of the tree where the owl is. Click on it.
      6. Go to your inventory and click and drag the blue or orange berries with your mouse until it is hovering over "Shrewman". When it is, release the clicker.
      7. Click on the newly empty bucket. Scroll to the far left until you see freshwater.
      8. Go to your inventory and click and drag the empty bucket with your mouse until it is hovering over the fresh water pond. When it is, release the clicker.
      9. With your bucket of freshwater, scroll to the far right and find the Tree Beard.
      10. Go to your inventory and click and drag the full bucket with your mouse until it is hovering over Tree Beard. When it is, release the clicker.

When you've completed all of the above steps, you will be directed to a secret hideout deep in the woods. Congrats!

You find yourself in a creepy area, deep in the woods. After clicking on the skeleton head, psychedelic music plays and you are required to do a game.

To solve this puzzle, you need to move the key from wherever it is placed to the exit, which is in the middle on the right side. Your goal is to move the key out without having to touch any bugs before the time runs out. Move the bugs in a fashion that allows the key to exit freely. The main objective is to get all of the bugs out of the way of the exit and the key, so with some careful rearranging you can certainly accomplish this.

After you've completed the puzzle, you pick up the key to the hideout. Go to your inventory and click and drag the key to the door of the hideout. Don't be afraid to head inside - that skull head is just trying to scare you.

When you're inside, you find that the egg is indeed there -- but it is contained behind bars. You see a spellbook with the page turned to a shrinking recipe and decide to use your supreme potion making skills to help the situation.

In order, this is what you need to do to solve this puzzle:

      1. Find striped mushrooms in the lower left corner of the screen, near your monster. Click on them.
      2. Find a wooden log in the lower left corner of the screen, next to the striped mushrooms. Click on it.
      3. Find a candle lying above the spellbook in the middle of the screen. Click on it.
      4. Find a blue feather sitting in a blue ink container, next to the candle. Click on it.
      5. Find a dark cauldron sitting on the floor in the lower right corner of the screen. Click on it.
      6. Find a neon yellow bottle sitting next to the cauldron. Click on it.
      7. Find a purple bat in the upper middle section of the screen. Click on it and you will get a pleasant surprise.
      8. Click the purple bat droppings on the floor, directly under the bat.
      9. Find an empty bottle in the lower right corner of the screen. Click on it.
      10. Go to your inventory and click and drag the wooden log with your mouse until it is hovering over the dark boiler. When it is, release the clicker.
      11. Go to your inventory and click and drag the candle with your mouse until it is hovering over the newly placed wood. When it is, release the clicker. This should start a fire.
      12. Go to your inventory and click and drag the cauldron with your mouse until it is hovering above the dark boiler. When it is, release the clicker.
      13. Go to your inventory and click and drag the bat droppings, troll snot, feather, moldy mushrooms, and blue berries with your mouse until each individual hovers over the cauldron. When they are, release the clicker. It should say you have created the potion.
      14. When the potion is created, go to your inventory and click and drag the empty bottle to the cauldron.
      15. With a bottle of potion, you are ready to shrink the egg! Go to your inventory and click and drag the bottle to the egg and watch its magical effects.

When you've completed all of the above steps, you will be directed to go back to Buster's. Congrats!

You'll see yourself back at Buster's, and you'll need to go to your inventory and click and drag the egg with your mouse until it hovers over Buster. When it is, release the clicker.

The best about it is, you'll get to watch the egg hatch into a hip hop superstar Glitzy BooHoo named Baby Rox! (Yeah, not really sure where that came from). Anywho, you'll find that its manager is Simon Growl (that made me chuckle) and that it simply does not like bedtimes and baby talk.

You'll be given the chance to either keep the Moshling or let it go. Whatever you do, you can rest assured that you have just saved a Moshling -- your very first!

When you're done, report back to Mission HQ and prepare for the next task.

If you have any questions or comments, post! I am still working on getting all of the pictures and finding the hiding place of the third Epic so if you have any information about that please let me know.

      1. Not sure if I missed something, but I believe the EPIC is behind a purple flower, which is next to a tree in the front of your screen and I do not believe you said that.

Got a picture of it, cause I'm usually unclear (ignore the photo of the katsuma's face, my computer is failing me):
